I have recently returned a bit to calculating entropies in trajectories (though I think it’s hard, and keep worrying it may not be worth it – David, maybe you can help with the stochastic thermos perspective 😊). I’d like to understand the difference of doing this from a stochastic as well as William’s and Greg’s nonlinear dynamics perspectives - do we understand how one is connected to the other, as well as potential entropy production rates?
